Part Time District Manager (Sign-on Bonus Available)

We are growing rapidly and we are seeking District Manager. If you have multi-unit experience in a salon setting then this position is for you.
We are looking for a District Manager that has the ability to multi-task, work with salon staff, and communicate with the Regional Director. Some work behind the chair is required as needed.

Position Requirements:
Work with customers to help them achieve the look they want, main duties include onboarding new staff, training on company systems, setup new salons, liaison with communities, cover behind the chair as needed.
- Active State License (i.e., licensed in each field of practice)
- Minimum 3 years experience is required.
- Provide Hair/Nail services
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
- Good communication skills
- Compassionate and caring
- Experience working with seniors is a plus.
The Employee will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000, to be paid in installments as follows:
· 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. To qualify, the Employee must:
o Complete the required CARES certification (if applicable),
o Demonstrate successful adherence to RSS paperwork protocols, and
o Effectively utilize RSS systems.
· 25% ($250) after completion of 6 months of employment with RSS. The Employee must be in good standing and have adhered to all RSS policies and protocols.
· 50% ($500) after completion of 1 year of employment with RSS. The Employee must remain in good standing and continue to meet all RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols.
If the Employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments.
